Lapwing House is the original farmhouse which has recently been converted to offer high quality and spacious contemporary style accommodation.  Accessed via a short private drive, you enter the accommodation from the private front lawns into the substaintial open planned kitchen with dining area to one end housing a large farmhouse table. The kitchen is fitted with handmade solid oak units and fine granite works surfaces with fabulous floors and original features adding to the character of the room. The kitchen is fully equipped to make catering for large groups as easy as possible.To your right as you enter and straight off the kitchen/dining area is a cosy sitting room with original wooden beams and log burning stove.   There is a separate utility/cloakroom off the kitchen with a downstairs wc. The internal hallway leads you through to a spacious open plan room that provides another lounge and/or much bigger dining room that can seat up to 16 guests - a truly wonderful entertainment area. From here double doors lead out to the rear garden area.  From the internal hallway the stairs lead to the bedrooms all of which enjoy outstanding views of the surrounding grounds and countryside beyond. To the front is the master bedrooom with a double bed and en suite bathroom, with bath, separate shower enclosure, wc and hand basin.  Next to this is a second good sized bedroom with double bed. The two further bedrooms to the rear each have two single beds (both can be linked as doubles).  The shared bathroom upstairs has a luxurious walk in shower, with wc and hand basin.
